Hi, This is resolved by hotfix Q328020. Doesn't need a complete reconfig of your printer subsystem. It also happened in Notepad, Wordpad and Powerplay. Previously I had set up all network printers to use the W2k Standard TCP/IP Printer Port. To resolve the issue I had to add Print Services for Unix and convert all printer ports to use LPR ports. Hope this helps. If you open Adobe (version 4.0) first and then click on file and open, it will print fine. This used to work fine. We have another Citrix server with the same configuration and it is working fine. I have checked everything including comparing the registry entries from both servers and can not find a difference. Does anyone have any clues? ******************************************** This Week's Sponsor: triCerat Inc.
