Are you talking about that you are using Web Interface on the server? Are
you using CSG on the WI server? Add the IP address of the Citrix Secure
Ticketing Authority (STA) into your hosts file on the WI server. Check your
settings on your DNS also for your WI Server and make sure there is an entry
for it.
If you are not using WI and just the Citrix client add an IP for the citrix
servers in your HOSTS file on the server you are trying to connect to and
see if that helps.
