Did you have to remove from farm or remove RM local database before cloning?
I guess cloning should be just like ghosing.

I used XenAppPrep with a clone as well. Ghost type of thing. Seemed to
work just fine. It also should be able to be used with physical boxes as
well. I dont' see why it would make a difference in that case.
