[THIN] XenApp 6.5 optimization

I'm wondering if there are any optimization tweaks necessary beyond what is
in the Citrix Consulting Services published guide

I'm seeing quite a few people advocating using tweaks we did in the Windows
2003 / XenApp 5.0 world.
The lists thoughts and suggestions would be most appreciated.
