I'm afraid you are stuck. They no longer sell them since december last year.
We managed to get some after this time but only because we are a very large
corporate . Citrix were not keen even then....

We have an XPs farm that we need to add more licenses to. Are these still
available for purchase? If not, can PS licenses be bought and downgraded to
work in an XPs farm? Upgrading to PS4.5 is not on the radar yet.
