Another observation: If an evaluator is assigned to an application and at some time a server gets removed from this application (e.g. for maintenance): If this server is reconfigured later for this application, its load balancing evaluator is always set to "None" instead of the one it was assigned before. It must be set manually. Bug or feature? If it is no bug: What's the best way for temporarily removing a server from a few (not all!) applications?
