Sorry Brian - poorly written question.

This relates to the ICA clients who are using TCP/IP+HTTP for ICA
browsing. 
Do I have to add something to a client .ini file to say "the CTX XML
which was on port 80 is now at port 8000"  - and if so what and which
file ?
