Sorry for the delay in replying - had a layover in Denver ;-) AFAIK it's 1.4.1 on the Mac client (presumably whatever comes with OS build 10.2.3 - somebody else does the Mac OS stuff). However, the same phenomenon occurs on a PC / Windows 2000 Professional client machine - I tend to do most of the testing on the PC desktop, 'cos it's nearer. The thing I'm struggling to understand is what would cause Word and Excel to hang in this manner, when they don't accessed via the published desktop (using the same client software, same client OS, and same user account / profile), or when accessed by other means outside NFuse. Doesn't seem to make any sense to me as to what would cause an issue that could make a difference.
