[THIN] Winlogon using high CPU

Hi all, I just came back from training and found our servers with
problems.
It is taking a longer time for users to log in using ICA and RDP. I can
see the winlogon process using more CPU than usual and the server seems
slower.
I've been checking everywhere and still have not been able to find
anything.
Anyone experienced this?
