[THIN] Windows Themes or NOT

We are wondering if we should enable themes or not on W2k3 server/citrix
PSv3
We are concerned about the resources this will require and if this will
affect our performance/user capacities?
Can't seem to find anything related to this.
Anyone out there got any comments/experience/problems??
