Thanks for this, I'll give it a shot.

We're also evaluating Coveo Expresso
which is client / server based and hooks into sharepoint and exchange. Initial
tests are very promising.

I'd have to say this free search tool I've been using is pretty ....ing nice.
Have never tried publishing it though.

It does let you set a lot of settings in the interface as far as how it looks
and what it shows in the setup. Doing it in change user /install mode might be
the trick. Someone test and let me know how it does. It is SUPER FAST!

Hi all,

We store thousands of scanned items (all searchable PDF files) and have a lot
of trouble with Windows Search giving unreliable results - particularly in our
XenApp environments.

We regularly rebuild the search index, which seems to fix the issue briefly but
then it returns.

I know others have had issues with Search in XenApp, so am looking for
recommendations on 3rd party alternatives to evaluate.

Are you in a similar position? What do you use?

Thanks in advance
