Yes, however, it won't change any of the profiles that were already created.
If you want to do that you may have to copy the profile mentioned below into
the "All Users" profile. But I have never done this.

Hi Angela,
You will need to change the default profile on the server. To do this, create
a local user, configure the user environment to your liking. Log off, log on as
a local administrator, and replace the contents of the default profile with the
previously configured one.
This works for me.

I need to change the default view of Windows Explorer for all users in
Citrix Presentation Server 4 (running on Windows 2003). I want to set the
view to detail. Our systems are locked down via AD Group Policies and any
user customisations for this are not stored in their roaming profiles. Is
there an easy way for me to do this globally?
