[THIN] Windows 2003 TS licensing

Hello all,
Can anyone point me in the right direction for 2003 server TS licensing. I am
particurly interested in the installation, ie the scope. Domain or enterprise
option.
I am struggling finding out what the true differences are.
For example I am trying to figure out whether a client on domain A can connect
to
a TS server on Domain B whos License server is on Domain B.
