Does anyone have this hotfix already?

My sp1 test server is running ok apart from this.

Repair which part?

 

I have found it breaks various items on various servers.

 

My most troubling, the fact that system beeps within applications, even
with
audio disabled within Citrix, BEEPS very loud on the client machine.
