[THIN] Windows 2003 AD and 2000 TS

Hi all.
I have a question regarding Windows 2003/2000.
In Win 2003 you are able to set the TS Profile based on the OU instead =
of per user. In a environment where I have a Win 2003 running Active =
Directory but the terminalservers are Windows 2000 SP3 does the TS =
Profile per OU work? Or does the terminalservers have to be 2003 ?
