Consider the history of Microsoft here- they usually take a very high level
view of claims like this. What they are probably saying is that the
combination of better software efficiencies and the new level of hardware
that is available allows 70% more sessions, i.e., with Windows 2003 Server
and a Quad XEON 3Ghz with 8GB RAM you can get 70% over older PII or PIII
servers....

70% more than what, TS in 2000?  That's a very odd claim.  Are they saying
RDP is more streamlined now?
