To verify, yes we see this behavior only when sending things as an attachment, whether from Excel/Word/Access (when you select "as attachement") or from Crystal (which always sends it's reports in that fashion) -----Original Message----- From: Kinchen, Tyler [mailto:KinchenT@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, October 17, 2003 9:39 AM To: 'thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' Subject: [THIN] Re: Windows 2000, Outlook (and Crystal Reports) Neil, I just checked that key and it is set to 0. Also, another interesting thing, the Excel example that Mark mentioned, he said to choose to choose File -> Send To -> Mail Recipient (as Attachment). If you just select Mail Recipient, you get To:, CC: and Subject: fields above the spreadsheet and if it is sent this way, it does not prompt you for a profile. The sent mail does not get delivered though. If you open Outlook, you will see the email sitting in the Outbox waiting to be delivered. Once Outlook does it's send/receive, the email gets delivered but only after you have opened Outlook.
