I am at XP R02 patch. I also know the issue is not with the spoolsv.exe, as killing the task for the users winlogon.exe, fixes the server and the user reconnect is fine. ________________________________ From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Pascal Bijnaar Sent: Wednesday, August 15, 2007 3:06 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Windows 2000 Hotfix Rollup 1 XE104R01W2K008 is the fix to the issue you are referring to. I am finding that I have a couple users, reporting session locked. Upon investigation, I am finding that users winlogon.exe is the offending process, using a large amount of the server processor. These are Windows 2000 SP4 servers. Citrix is XP FR3/SP4 with associated hotfixes. We have recently pushed the HRP01 for W2K, as I thought all the bugs were worked out of it.
