I am at XP R02 patch.

 

I also know the issue is not with the spoolsv.exe, as killing the task for the 
users winlogon.exe, fixes the server and the user reconnect is fine.

XE104R01W2K008 is the fix to the issue you are referring to. If you have that 
or a replacement you are probably dealing with a different issue

Is this still a no no in Citrix?

 

I am finding that I have a couple users, reporting session locked.

 

Upon investigation, I am finding that users winlogon.exe is the offending 
process, using a large amount of the server processor.

 

These are Windows 2000 SP4 servers.  

 

Citrix is XP FR3/SP4 with associated hotfixes.

 

We have recently pushed the HRP01 for W2K, as I thought all the bugs were 
worked out of it.
