Rick,
Can you elaborate on the problems you are seeing? I am about to install
SP3 on my production system. My main reason for doing this is related to:
Q222043, Q257848, and Q329718. It fixes the profiles issues on my test
server.

Hi Matt,
Unless you specifically need SP3 for things like VM stability, I'd be
tempted to give it a miss. While many of the "features" of SP3 have been
resolved (40+ TS related post SP3 hotfixes to date) there are still a few
odd things that we didn't see with SP2.
