Beats the heck out of me. :-)

It now appears as if I may have been misinformed - I was able to use a
Citrix login, and the behavior there is the same as what I am seeing
with RDS. I can have multiple sessions open at the same time, from
multiple locations. But the app itself only executes in one of session
at a time. (as I would have thought and expected).

So I have a sneaking suspicion that the person describing the current
process and requirements doesn't know what they're talking about. LOL

I thought I was doing something wrong. I think it's more likely that I
was told wrong, that the app doesn't execute in multiple simultaneous
connections, but that the users need to stay signed into the remote
environment (with the app executing in only one of the environments at
a time). It sounded a bit too good to be true, but hey - maybe Citrix
is able to do some magic to make that happen that way, what do I know
