I got Sp 2 earlier today and have been doing some testing
Only thing i have found so far, is that event viewer has a slightly new look
where the number of events are displayed at the top.
It also looks lousy if you have an rdp session running in 256 colours :¬)
Also, if your running 64 bit 2003 citrix have an SP2 related note in the
readme for PS4.5.

If you install Presentation Server, 64-bit Edition on a computer running
Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 1, you may receive the following
errors in the Event Log or while running discovery using the Access
Management Console.
- In the Event Log: "The COM+ System Application service failed to start due
to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control
request in a timely fashion."
- In the Access Management Console: "Errors occurred when using
<server-name> in the discovery process. Citrix MFCOM Service did not respond
as expected. Make sure that your user account is a member of this computer’s
Distributed COM Users group if you are connecting to a remote server. Check
the version of Citrix Presentation Server on the computer and ensure that a
compatible version of Citrix MFCOM Service is installed and running."
This issue may be caused by an intermittent flaw in Microsoft’s COM+
subsystems that prevents the proper installation of Presentation Server
components. For more information and to resolve this condition, see Citrix
Knowledge Base article #112182.
Microsoft resolved the root cause of this issue in Windows Server 2003 SP2;
therefore, Citrix recommends that you install Presentation Server 4.5 64-bit
Edition on a computer running Windows Server 2003 SP2. [#155813]"
