Yes. There are several hotfixes you may need. They should all be listed is
Microsoft's KB. Search for "lsass.exe", and then read the documents
relevant to Windows 2003 Terminal Services. Also try stopping the UPHClean
utility, if you are running it.

Has anyone else incurred a basic instability of Windows 2003 in a
Citrix environment?
