I've had great success with 2003. I'm running Office 2003 though. I never
haved liked Office XP though. Office 2000 and Office 2003 deployments have
worked well for me.

Has anyone else incurred a basic instability of Windows 2003 in a Citrix
environment?
We have an issue with simple Office XP servers where users can't connect
and they
need to be rebooted. I am moving 2 of them back to 2000 to fix it.
