[THIN] Wierd CMC issue

we created a new admin account called support for example.  if you login to
citrix as administrator and run the cmc and login to it as administrator
shadowing works fine.   if you login to citrix as the administrator and the
cmc as support, shadowing works fine.  but if you login to citrix as support
and the cmc as support, shadowing will not work.  it flashes like it is
going to but then nothing happens.  the support is an xp full administrator
in the cmc setup.  is there a special windows permission that is needed for
this account.  as for as i can tell it has everything that the administrator
account has.
