[THIN] What patches to apply?

All,
If you were building a fresh MPS4.0 server, what Citrix patches would you
apply? I see there is a rollup created in December, but modified in June.
Should I assume that the modifications to the rollup were to correct
problems in the rollup? IF yes, does that mean I should apply any patches
that came out after the initial rollup date (december)?
