Nope. Already checked there and I did a search on my client and the
server's entire registry. Not found anywhere in registry. Also checked
startup folders. The only place I can find it is in the appsrv.ini file.
Since the ICA client is loaded on my server and the server had it active in
the appsrv.ini file, do you think it may have caused it to run for each
user when logged in?

I didn't find any reference to this in the server or clients registry
and
startup folders. I do see it (the file) in the ICA client directories
on
the server and clients. There is also a line in appsrv.ini on my client
that says "SSonUserSetting=off". However, the same file on the server
had
it set to on. I'll set it to off and see what happens when I reboot
later
today.

FR3 and SP3 is the same code. The only difference between them is
whether the FR level is set during the install.
You can dig it our of the run keys in the registry if you want.

Where does it ask if I want to use it? Where can it be turned off?
All I
did was click on a few next buttons acknowledging that I was installed
the
service pack. Nothing was ever prompted since all I did was select
"Install Metaframe XP Service Pack 3".
On a side note, when SP3 is installed is it actually installing FR3?
Everything looks FR3ish. I can even set the release level to FR3.

Single signon service. Its part of the client in FR3 and there is an
option asking if you want to use it or not.
