[THIN] What is "hpbafd.ini"?

I currently use defprinter.exe to map default network printers in my domain
login script for my published apps. From time to time I will get a support
call saying that defprinter hangs at published app login and will not
proceed. The only solution I have found to date is to delete this file out
of the user's home directory. Once they login after I have done this a new
file "hpbafd.ini" is created and defprinter runs successfully.
Anyone know what "hpbafd.ini" is/does and how I can keep it from becoming
corrupt? Thanks!
