  Pl try the following..

Try doing this, if ur mf20 file is corrupt: (a possible reason for not
connecting to CMC)

  1. Go to C:\Program Files\Citrix\Independent Management Architecture folder
rename the mf20.dsn if its there
  now rename mf20.bak to mf20.dsn
  restart IMA service
  2 if it don't work?
  on cmc prompt type
  dsmaint recover
now restart ima. if works, on other, do this too
  dsmaint recreatelhc

This is w.r.t. fr3 and below

   (PLEASE refer to admin guide....)

delete thew odbc connection and create a new one on that citrix server ,
having stopped IMA first

    delete the mf20.dsn

    reboot and restart IMA

    should fix it

      Justin,

I would log on to the server's console and verify that it can see an MS
licensing server. Copy the resource kit tool lsview to the server and run it.
Make sure that it returns a server(s), and then verify that the server(s) it
returns does have valid licenses. Also, make sure your licenses and your
terminal server configuration are the same. In other words, if your licenses
are per user, make sure terminal services is configured as per user; if your
licenses are per device, make sure terminal services are configured for per
device.

      Cole.
