run a change farm move the server inot it own farm  
then cfarm back again  if the ima fails 
diable the service and reboot restart the IMA once the server is back up
once it comes good log into the CMC and make it the DC

delete thew odbc connection and create a new one on that citrix server , having 
stopped IMA first 


delete the mf20.dsn


 


reboot and restart IMA

Justin,

I would log on to the server's console and verify that it can see an MS 
licensing server.  Copy the resource kit tool lsview to the server and run it.  
Make sure that it returns a server(s), and then verify that the server(s) it 
returns does have valid licenses.  Also, make sure your licenses and your 
terminal server configuration are the same.  In other words, if your licenses 
are per user, make sure terminal services is configured as per user; if your 
licenses are per device, make sure terminal services are configured for per 
device.

All of my users are reporting this today - nothing has changed and users can 
not get on the system.
