Is it ALL citrix users on ALL servers, then?

I just opened a link from outlook and watched it in regmon. I saw
several spots that looked like it may append information or use
parameters when calling IE.

Do the same thing on your end. Don't use a filter, then search for %1%20
in the results and see if it finds anything.

Good luck,

1. Yes it's more than one user
2. Yes it's more than one server
I'd really love to find out why this is happening.
