I'd look at your file associations.

Does it just happen for one user, one server, or all servers?

Good luck,

Inside our Outlook 2000 messages (exchange 2003) when a user clicks on an
embedded link it adds a http://%1%20 <http://%251%20> and then the
www.yahoo.com address.

i.e. http://%1%20//www.yahoo.com <http://%251%20/www.yahoo.com>

It's not in the source code. It's a Citrix issue because the same email
works outside of the Citrix environment.

Any idea what is injecting the extra characters. A %20 is a space I know,
but where's it coming from.

Obviously the user can (and has) edited out the extra characters and the
link then resolves, but something's injecting the extra stuff.
