Try deleting IE cache or reloading ICA client.

Subject: [THIN] Web Interface - nothing happens
I've got a weird issue with Web Interface 4.5. It works for nearly everyone.
However, I have one user on Vista with IE7, who after getting the list of
applications, when they click - nothing happens. If I right-click on the
published app icon, it tells me that it can't download "launcher.aspx."
Any ideas?
