Yes and no...   You can have workspace control and turn off the auto
reconnected portion.

Workspace control is not HotDesktop.  HotDesktop is for Desktops that
running Password Manager.  Workspace Control is for Presentation Servers. WC
is also known as: Follow Me Roaming and Smooth Roaming.

Ah.....Workspace control is what makes Auto Client Reconnect happen...

It is now called "HotDesktop" by the marketing types at Citrix.
