Are the services currently running on the Citrix servers? XML, IMA and
MFCom?

Had the exact same problem. Reboot did not work of either the IIS or the
Citrix farm. I stumbled on the control panel on the Nfuse page had been
'reset' somehow to not showing any icons. The only way I discovered this
was when I had a new user login to nfuse. It worked for them but not anyone
who had logged in previously. I found out later that a 'shift-F5' might do
the same thing. Have not tried the later yet
