FWIW, every time we have investigated IE taking up a lot of CPU over the last
year it has been caused by people playing Farmville etc. on Facebook. If you
have a high CPU problem get your firewall guys to block facebook and you may
see wondrous improvements !

IE taking that much CPU in the first place doesn't seem right, what plug-ins
are you using? (Are the using doing flash or something?)

Taking up that much CPU does seem a bit high, if you keep doing the same thing
changing browsers might not help....
