Guys,
I've got to put together a list of duties and responsibilities for our support
engineers contracts. All I can come up with is:
* Your duties will be to provide 1st and 2nd line support, including
onsite visits and remote work.
Which is OK as far as it goes, but does anyone have anything more comprehensive
as a sample?
This is not my usual thing!!
