I believe they run with the IIS. I have noticed that the also stop and
start, when bouncing IIS.
I think you can turn them off though.

Just checking against unneeded services running on our CITRIX servers, but
does the World Wide Web Publishing Service and the FTP Publishing service
need to be running on a typical CITRIX server? We have both running on ours
and wanted to turn it off if it is not necessary...Much thanks,
