Just reran, with Filemon running.  Report gave me "red X" and Filemon shows
all success.

Think it is trying to get to the OCX control in c:\winnt\downloaded program
files.

Use FILEMON/REGMON from sysinternals.com to see what you need to change on
the rights.

I am grasping here.

Have an app., that appears to need more rights than what I want to give.
Active Reports. If I make the user a local admin, app. Runs fine.  If I take
them out of local admin., report fails.

I am trying to remember, but what are the WINNT permissions supposed to be
set to.  Don't users need additional rights to WINNT?
