Use FILEMON/REGMON from sysinternals.com to see what you need to change
on the rights.

Subject: [THIN] WINNT Folder Permissions

I am grasping here.

Have an app., that appears to need more rights than what I want to give.
Active Reports. If I make the user a local admin, app. Runs fine. If I
take
them out of local admin., report fails.

I am trying to remember, but what are the WINNT permissions supposed to
be
set to. Don't users need additional rights to WINNT?
