[THIN] Re: WI4.0 and Advanced concepts guide

OK, called citrix. here's the skinny. Central storage is beneficial if
you have multiple servers. One change affects all. The data is kept in
the datastore. WI will function w/o the datastore but changes to
config or cosmetics won't apply. Also, the datastore is access with
each new user hitting the web site or refreshing their browser.

I see the usefullness but I don't like the idea of an added load on my store.
