[THIN] WI3MBR tool

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to setup an additional site on my web interface server but can't
seem to find anything that will work. I am now trying Citrix's WI3MBR tool
but it won't load the default.asp to start the script. Has anybody
successfully put a second site on a WI 3.0 server, if so what method did you
use?
