It's for the PNAgent sites only. Select the config.xml, and then the
Manage server settings should appear under Common Tasks.

Just installed Web Interface 5.12 and I want to use the 'Backup URL'
option. However I cannot find the "Manage Server Setting" option. Any
ideas?
