The traditional fix is to stop the spooler, navigate to the spool\PRINTERS
directory, remove any files you find there and then restart the spooler.
Thethin.net contains lots of scripts that do this automatically because it's
such a common problem on Terminal Servers.

We have a w2K Terminal server, there is one particular client's
autoconnect printer that is not being removed when they logoff. And I cannot
for the life of me manually delete it on the console. The status says
deleting,... but it has done for several days - I have rebooted the server,
but still no luck. Any suggestions?
