Greetings; One of my customers has expressed a desire to implement 'Universal Messaging' with their new PBX. This device is equipped to forward voice mails and faxes to an SMTP server. Currently the client has some dozen remote locations, around 40 simultaneous users coming in on a single T1, and they currently all use Outlook via Citrix. I'm not convinced of the viability of playing voice mail over the ICA connection, at all. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation who'd like to share their experience?
