Were your Citrix servers P2V'd? Have seen problems with Citrix servers P2V'd
from physical. It should not make

A difference that the Citrix servers are VM's and SQL is physical. They
should look and behave just like physical.

Check the usual suspects such as networking and event logs. If using VMware
do you have VMware tools installed?

I have install Citrix 4.5 presentation server and the 5.1. web services on a
server in VMWare.

The SQL server is a physical server.

It now takes 15 minutes plus for the server to come up and another 10
minutes for it to load the icons.

What settings can be made to get this server working properly?
