I am running 'on access' scan with our 2000 and 2003 Citrix Xpe Farm and Virus Scan Enterprise 7.1 You have not fallen fowl of the issue where it grabs all the CPU - this is fixed by deleting all the *.EVT files in the Mcafee directory, and re-staring the services. I mean, are you virus scanning On Access? I am using Virus Scan Enterprise 7.1 on my Terminal Servers and they crash when I enable "On Access" scan. I don't know if this is just because of System Resources or just application imcompatibility. Are most of you enabling "On Access" scan? _________________________________ Hector Minero NSWCDD Code K55 Ph: (540)653-8859 Fax:(540)653-8575 ******************************************************** This Week's Sponsor - Tarantella Secure Global Desktop Tarantella Secure Global Desktop Terminal Server Edition Free Terminal Service Edition software with 2 years maintenance. http://www.tarantella.com/ttba ********************************************************** Useful Thin Client Computing Links are available at: http://thin.net/links.cfm *********************************************************** For Archives, to Unsubscribe, Subscribe or set Digest or Vacation mode use the below link: http://thin.net/citrixlist.cfm ******************************************************** This Week's Sponsor - Tarantella Secure Global Desktop Tarantella Secure Global Desktop Terminal Server Edition Free Terminal Service Edition software with 2 years maintenance. http://www.tarantella.com/ttba ********************************************************** Useful Thin Client Computing Links are available at: http://thin.net/links.cfm *********************************************************** For Archives, to Unsubscribe, Subscribe or set Digest or Vacation mode use the below link: http://thin.net/citrixlist.cfm
