According to Verizon's website:

     High Speed

Verizon Wireless BroadbandAccess is one of the fastest, fully mobile
wireless Internet data
solutions available. Quickly download complex files and view email
attachments at typical
speeds of 300-500 kbps, capable of reaching speeds up to 2 Mbps^. Access
your
mission-critical data and applications behind the corporate firewall and
get the answers
you need with customers in the field right there

We acutally see speeds in the 150kbps-250kpbs range. They will be rolling
out a new service in my area in December called EVDO. It should boost
speeds to around the 700kbps range. I think it may already be rolled out
for testing in D.C and San Diego.

How about GSM/GPRS connectivity like T-Mobile (I just got hooked into a
contract like 3 weeks ago)

How fast is that Cellular link anyway?

I've been using for over a year. It works great. I can't tell you the
last time I've used a phone cord.

I did most of my website development through the CDMA connection over
RDP.

Anyone using Verizon's CDMA for connecting to your Citrix servers?

What's keeping you from getting more from your terminal servers? Did you
know, in most cases, CPU Utilization IS NOT the single biggest
constraint to scaling up?! Get this free white paper to understand the
real constraints & how to overcome them. SAVE MONEY by scaling-up rather
