If you had spare resource on a large server (Datacenter) and you consider OS
reasons (as opposed to merely application coexistence) as the reason why you
would like many OS instances it's a reason to do it (outside of the job
objects / process control type modelling you could apply on Datacenter
platforms).

I'd have to say though, I think it's currently going to be a quite limited
set of circumstances where you'd use it for terminal server farms - and I
say this as somebody using both vmware and Datacenter platforms.
