[THIN] VBS App

Need help troubleshooting VBS app. I can run and launch the application on
the local LAN
with admin or user account. Works fine. The problem I have is users
accessing app remotely through Web Interface. We do have two-factor
authentication enabled (RSA).
The app appears to run and just dies. Users can run other applications via
Web interface
so I do not think it is an RSA issue. The application has this:
Command line
wscript "c:\scripts\runlcw.vbs"
Working Directory
c:\progra~1\lcw
Any ideas?
