Check the webica.ini file. It can prevent access to the local drive.
ie..when you first log in it will prompt your for Full Access, No Access \
Always ask for this application, Never ask again.

Also, what about NTFS permissions on her local PC?

Can you access the root of 'Client' shares?=20
Eg: Start -> Run -> \\client

If not, check to make sure that your DNS or WINS (if applicable) entries
are accurate as well.

What about ICA Client security? When she has a session started, there =
=3D
will be the ICA icon in the SYSTRAY. Double-click it, then select the =
=3D
Security button, and what are the selected options?

We have one user who cannot access her own hard drive when in a CITRIX =
=3D
session, so when she goes to My Computer, C$ on 'Client' (V:) drive, she
=3D
gets the error that says "The specified network name is no longer =3D
available". I thought it was addressed here before (possibly many =3D
times), but I couldn't find what could cause this. She's on a W2K =3D
machine, connecting to Metaframe 1.8 on W2K server, and doesn't have any
=3D
restrictions placed on her connection....Thanks for any help....
